Magnesium Chloride Flakes 300g

This product is great to make magnesium oil out off, you simple add equal parts warm pure water with the salts till dissolved, place in a spray bottle ready to use. Apply to abdomen or areas of pain. It's great for sufferers of migraine, leg cramps, restless legs.

It can be a bit stingy when you are not used to it, if its to much just add more water
